Warming Muscle Balm (100 g) 

• Apply a small amount of the Warming Muscle Balm to clean, dry skin and massage in until absorbed. Use before or after physical activity.

Bath & Body Massage Oil (200 ml)

Bath: Add 2-3 capfuls to warm running water and soak for 15-20 minutes.
Massage: Warm oil between hands, then massage into muscles & joints. Reapply as needed.
Body care: Apply after a shower or bath to hydrate skin.

Warming Muscle Balm (100 g): Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Sweet Almond Oil, Beeswax, Shea Butter, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Lavender Oil, Lemongrass Leaf Oil, Clove Leaf Oil, Wintergreen Leaf Oil, Black Seed (Nigella Sativa) Oil, Eucalyptus Leaf Oil, Corydalis Yanhusuo Root Extract, Ginger Root Oil, Frankincense (Boswellia serrata) Oil, Vitamin E (Tocopherol), Black Pepper Fruit Oil, Capsicum Fruit Extract. 

Allergen note: linalool, limonene, eugenol, geraniol, citral. 

Bath & Body Massage Oil (200 mL): Sweet Almond Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (CCT), Black Seed Oil, Calendula Flower Extract, Arnica Flower Extract, Vitamin E, Lavender Oil, Lemongrass Leaf Oil, Eucalyptus Leaf Oil, Wintergreen Leaf Oil, Ginger Root Oil, Rosemary Leaf Oil. 

Allergens: linalool, limonene, citral, eugenol.

External use only. Avoid eyes and broken skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Not recommended for children under 12.
