Do I need a referral?

At Divine Wellbeing, I do not require a referral from a doctor or other healthcare professional in order to book an appointment with us. You can simply contact me directly to schedule a consultation. However, if you have been referred by another healthcare provider, I may request information from them in order to better understand your medical history and tailor my treatment approach to your specific needs.

How much does it cost?

At Divine Wellbeing, my fees vary depending on the type and duration of the service provided. I strive to make my services accessible to all patients, and offer competitive pricing that is in line with industry standards. I also accept payment by cash, credit card, and debit card for your convenience. If you have any questions about my fees or payment options, please do not hesitate to contact me. Additionally, I may be able to provide you with an estimate of the cost of your treatment based on your specific needs and treatment plan.

What should I expect in an initial consultation?

During your initial consultation at Divine Wellbeing, you can expect to receive a comprehensive assessment of your condition and from there I will work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan that addresses your specific needs and goals. I  will also take the time to answer any questions you may have and provide you with education on your condition and how massage therapy can help. Overall, the goal is to ensure that you feel informed, comfortable, and empowered to take an active role in your recovery journey.

What if I need to cancel?

Yes, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Divine Wellbeing, I ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This allows me to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee. However, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs while also ensuring that my schedule runs smoothly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
